The Money Back Guarantee Campaign offers the first 1000 new customers who subscribe to selected TV Packs via our website to experience the new Astro for 30 days before fully committing to their 24-months contract.
During the 30-days guarantee period, eligible customers may choose to cancel their subscription anytime by contacting our Customer Contact Centre at 03-9543 3838 without incurring any early termination fee. They will also be entitled to receive a full deposit refund which was paid during the sign-up process after their Ultra/ Ulti Plug & Play Box and SIM Card has been returned to Astro in accordance with our standard Box return process which can be referred to here.
You must fulfil all the conditions below to be eligible:
a) New Astro customer only(excluding Astro Fibre Bundle or NJOI upgrade customers)
b) Sign up for the Primary Pack, Entertainment Pack, Movies Pack, Sports Pack or Premium Pack 1 with a 24-months contract period
c) Sign up for the Ultra/ Ulti Plug & Play Box
d) Sign up from 10 May 2023 onwards through Astro’s official website
e) Successfully complete the deposit payment during sign-up
The 30-days guarantee period will begin from the date you sign up and make deposit payment via Astro’s official website.
Example: If the Customer successfully signs up and makes the deposit payment on 1st April 2023 (Day 1), the cancellation request must be received by Astro on or before 30 April 2023 (Day 30).
If you would like to cancel your subscription during the guarantee period, please contact our Customer Contact Centre at 03-9543 3838 to request for an account termination.
For payments made using credit cards, the refund will be credited back to the respective card and payments made via online banking will be credited back to the account holders’ bank account.
